Alt Aligned Skin

If you are more than 15 minutes late without communication, your appointment may be canceled at the discretion of ALT Aligned Skin and will incur a fee of 75% of the booked service(s). Appointments with no communication will be considered a no-show and charged 100% of the booked service(s). A deposit 50% deposit is required to reserve all appointments. Deposits may be paid at the time of booking or no later than 14 days before your scheduled appointment. Please note that deposits will automatically be charged after the cut off time if your deposit hasn’t been paid online. If the deposit has not been received by the due date, your appointment may be canceled and released to another client. Deposits are applied toward your service total. Appointments rescheduled with more than 7 days’ notice may transfer the deposit one time to a new appointment. The rescheduled appointment must be completed within 10 days of the original appointment unless otherwise approved by ALT Aligned Skin. Cancellations or reschedules made within 7 days of the appointment will forfeit the deposit. Any additional reschedules will require a new deposit. If a third party provides payment or a card on file on behalf of the client, the client confirms that the cardholder has authorized the use of their card for services, appointment-related charges, cancellation fees, late fees, and no-show fees associated with the client’s account. ALT Aligned Skin is not responsible for disputes between the client and the cardholder regarding authorized use of the card. By booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these policies. All charges made in accordance with this policy are final.
