Alt Aligned Skin

By booking an appointment with ALT Aligned Skin, you acknowledge and agree to all booking, cancellation, and payment policies listed below. A valid card on file is required to secure all appointments and may be charged for any applicable cancellation fees, no-show fees, remaining balances, or policy violations associated with your appointment(s). This authorization applies to all current and future appointments booked under your account unless otherwise updated. Clients are solely responsible for managing, canceling, or rescheduling their appointments through the online booking system prior to the required notice period. ALT Aligned Skin is not responsible for missed calls, delayed messages, voicemails, or unsuccessful attempts to cancel or reschedule outside of the policy window. A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment without penalty. Cancellations or reschedules made within the 48-hour window will be charged a fee equal to 75% of the booked service(s). Same-day cancellations will also be charged 75% of the booked service(s). No-show appointments will be charged 100% of the booked service(s). All fees are non-refundable. If you are more than 15 minutes late without communication, your appointment may be canceled at the discretion of ALT Aligned Skin and will be charged 75% of the booked service(s). If there is no communication at all, the appointment will be considered a no-show and charged 100% of the booked service(s). New clients are required to pay a 50% deposit to secure their appointment. If a new client reschedules within the 48-hour notice period, the deposit may be transferred one time as a courtesy toward a future appointment. If the appointment is canceled or rescheduled outside of the 48-hour window, the deposit is forfeited and standard cancellation fees will apply. If a third party provides payment or a card on file on behalf of the client, the client confirms that the cardholder has authorized the use of their card for services, appointment-related charges, cancellations, late fees, and no-show fees associated with the client’s account. ALT Aligned Skin is not responsible for disputes between the client and the cardholder regarding authorized use of the card on file. By booking, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these policies. All charges made in accordance with this policy are final.
